Job Networking & Coaching
The common goal and feature of every Career Connect event is Job Networking & Coaching. Those who serve job seekers agree that Job Networking is the most important, long-term factor in successfully finding a job. For that reason, we are committed to making as many networking resources available at our monthly meetings. Every month you will have the opportunity to network with area HR managers, Staffing agencies, the LaGrange Career Center of the Department of Labor, Troup County Works, the West Central Georgia Workforce Development Corp, and other job providers.
The specific preparation needed to successfully land a job is greatly benefited by skills coaching. Every month Job Coaching will be available at the Career Connect event, including important skills such as Resume Writing, Interviewing, Computer Coaching, etc.
